This talk explores how humans can prepare for the symbiotic future with machine co-workers. Artificial intelligence, robotics and other advanced technologies are starting to do many of the cognitive and manipulative tasks we long consider the sole domain of human beings. These machines could displace workers, but they also could free people from mundane tasks – and, more importantly, provide us a valuable tool with which to partner in our pursuit of greater fulfilment, purpose and productivity.
